Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Heading to the gym!.


workout
Will do Did the eliptical for 15 mins and then the treadmill for 10 and some weights.


breakfast
chicken slices with strawberry jam. applesauce- homemade. green tea


lunch
chicken, spinach, goat cheese. homemade apple sauce,


snacks
almonds, cheddar cheese. carrots and almond butter


dinner
baked fish, mashed potatoes, broccoli. white wine - 1 glass.
