I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Walked 30 mins this am and added a total of over 12,000 steps with cleaning the house 😊

Almonds. Small banana with almond butter. Hot tea.
Pot luck. Salad. Pulled pork, sweet potato chili with beef. 1 gf lime coconut cookie and 1 donut hole muffin gf. No wine just seltzer and cranberry. Felt like I did well.
