Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Pot luck at my house tonight


workout
Walked 30 mins this am and added a total of over 12,000 steps with cleaning the house 😊


breakfast
Smoothie with veggies and banana with almond milk


lunch
Salad with veggies. Forgot to add my protein.


snacks
Almonds. Small banana with almond butter. Hot tea.


dinner
Pot luck. Salad. Pulled pork, sweet potato chili with beef. 1 gf lime coconut cookie and 1 donut hole muffin gf. No wine just seltzer and cranberry. Felt like I did well.
