Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
I am going to log now before I get myself into more trouble. Yesterday I didn't have a great eating day.


workout
Walked 30 mins. Yoga 30 mins with a new routine


breakfast
1 egg scrambled with zucchini and sun dried tomatoes green tea


lunch
Salad with greens red pepper sun dried tomatoes avocado and oil and vinegar. Corn chips. M&m's


snacks


dinner
Curry soup with turkey and veggies. Small glass of wine. Clementine
