I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.
Did well today until evening. Ate too much after dinner. Didn't mean to eat the cookies. Just needed to try one....
Meditation 12 mins and yoga 30 mins. Walked 25 mins at lunch

Curry veggie soup. Clementine
Chicken, green beans and 1/2 sweet potato. 1 glass white wine.
Then trouble. A bunch of homemade ginger snap cookies. popcorn in a paper bag in microwave with coconut oil and salt.
