Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Snacking... but also walked


workout
Walked 42 mins. Will do yoga this evening


breakfast
2 eggs with smoked salmon and avocado. Green tea. Banana


lunch
Popcorn...Clementine....


snacks
Corn chips... few soup crackers, white chocolate chips, craisins and ginger chews. Mint tea, red apple. More corn chips....


dinner
Salad with chicken and capers with red pepper.
