I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Turkey with herbs and veggies. Iced tea. Banana with coconut and cinnamon
Salad with greens, grilled chicken and peaches. Green grapes. Ice tea
Dark chocolate. Popcorn - my kind made on the stove with coconut oil. Pita crackers with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
