I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Gf muffin top with blueberry. Red apple with sun butter. Jasmine ice tea/ green
Chicken salad on romaine lettuce with cherry tomatoes. Beet chips and sauerkraut chips/ corn.
1 burger with melted cheese. No roll. Sweet pickles baked beans and coleslaw. Bud light beer.
