Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Salad with grilled chicken, fermented carrots, cukes, oil and vinegar. Avocado .. raspberry sorbetto
