my notes


workout
1/2 hour elliptical, some weights, abs, 2 c water


breakfast
8 - 2 eggs, oil, 2 c water, calcium, metamusil


lunch
1 - 1 can tuna, 1 T mayo, celery, 2 c water


snacks
11 - 2 oz turkey
8 - 2 c water


dinner
5 - salmon, 2 c water
