Goal


my ultimate goal is to someday compete in a bodybuilding contest

THERE COMES A POINT WHEN YOU HAVE TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND START MAKING CHANGES!!!!!


my notes


workout
met with trainer - did chest, shoulders, back, bis, tris and abs

30 min on treadmill


breakfast
2 eggs, oil, 6 asparagus spears, 3 c water


lunch
4 oz chopped turkey sauteed with 1 c broccoli, in oil with garlic
2 c water


snacks
2 c water, dried chestnuts

might church supper - tastes of different soups, bread, cookies (yikes!) wasnt gonna do that but i lost control


dinner
turkey, string beans, 2 waters
