3. Keep a written food log: "If I bite it, I write it."
4. Eat <= 1400 calories
5. Abstain from all forms of sugar
6. Eat grain-carbs (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes) at 1 meal only
7. Follow the One-Plate Rule (no seconds ever)
8. Abstain from eating after dinner
9. Log in to PT daily to give and get support
10. Remember that I AM RESONSIBLE. Nobody else is going to do my workout, choose my food, or lose the weight for me.
Felt really good to get back on the elliptical this morning. Not nearly as hard as I was anticipating, though I kept my speed fairly moderate. Just feels soooo good to be working out again!
