My Feet Hurt From Kicking So Much Ass (aka: MFHFKSMA) challenge DAILY GOALS!
1. Half an hour of heart-pumping exercise, at least.
2.Three big servings of fruit and veg every day, at least one of green stuff
3. No to sweet drinks and sweet processed snack food (quality chocolate ok)
4. No more than 200 cal consumed after 7 pm, except on work nights

No processed junk or sweet drinks: check!
Limit late eating: check!
Walked all afternoon, went to track and did a couple of laps and stairs, then did some weights while watching TV.
Big green smoothie - spinach, pineapple, orange, some of the yak yogurt, flax
Peanut butter on one 1 slice ww toast
Handful granola, few raisins and almonds
Sweet potato, pumpkin, mushroom and green pepper baked in oven, egg on top. Made this too spicy but it was pretty filing.
