Today is 9/14 I started 2 years ago on 9/11 so I am begginning again with new goals and new measures. I will lose 25 lbs I have no end goal date other than 1 year from now. One day at a time. Goal to make it through the week.
Keep up with exercise during winter -

not to go back for seconds at any time.

kashi chicken pasta pomadore
cauliflower
raw turnip
2 clementines
1 light cheese stick
9 mg crackers
1/2 carton choc milk (frozen) (to much sugar) :(
2 tbsp pb w/flax
1/2 cup blackberry, blueberry, rasberry mix
3 oz. turkey breast (low sodium)
sandwich thin
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup skim milk
dill pickle slices
