Went to playdate at someone's house and she had cucpakes and mini bagels and hummus. I ate two bagels and hummus, hummus is good, but didnt need the bagels. But I have always struggled with mindful eating when faced with " free food "
One bell pepper
Two mini bagels and hummus
One small lettuce head, store bought hummus( too salty for my taste now!)
Shoyu tofu and brocolli salad
Microsalad of brocolli, carrots, pineapple
Hazelnut cocoa spread ( single serving pouch - just coz i felt rotten)
