my notes
Did 45 minutes on the step mill last night. Comparing the stationery bike to the step mill, time goes by a wee bit faster on the step mill. Of course, I had my ipod with me. After the sweat session, I proceeded to do strength work on my shoulders.

Then my legs. Yup. Surprisingly, I still can walk normally after crashing it pretty good.

Subway footlong buffalo chicken + provolone cheese
+ 4 cookies

I wanted 2, but the lady gave me 4 instead, since they know I go everyday for lunch. (I paid for 2).

+ 1 turkey sandwich roll w/ mayo (i think)
+ several pieces of lemon chicken
+ 1large cup of Ginger Ale
