I need to lose 40 pounds, and maintain that weight loss. That would get me to 150 pounds -- so there, now you know, I weight 190 pounds. When I got married 25 years ago, I weighed 135 or 140. I think 150 would be perfect for me.
I slept really late today, and went to church at 11 a.m. The day's not over, I just had a few minutes while waiting to go to the store to buy some plants -- that will be my workout. Another beautiful day in sunny Florida, so I'm hoping to sweat in the garden a bit later on.
My book says to measure hunger on a 7-point scale, with 1 being raveous and 7 being overstuffed. They say to not let yourself get too hungry and only eat until you feel full, like a 4.
I think it pays to snack a bit throughout the day. Today I was VERY hungry before dinner, and had to have a snack. But when it came time for dinner, I was fine, and could eat normal portions!
Gardening -- very light. Put some new annuals in planters.
