Hey Jozy is your profile public? I was trying to find your page so I can comment. Thank you very much for the comment. I found it's really not hard to not eat until 3pm. I am not starving by the time 3pm rolls around so that tells me that I don't have to eat as much as I thought or wanted to eat. I really can't wait to get off my fast and see how I eat differently in the mornings. I feel like now I can really do 6 small meals everyday. I wouldn't recommend fasting (only for religious purposes) or any type of meal skipping because of the fact that your body will burn more fat and be more energetic with protein and veggies. I am glad that you did try it out and you learned something new about yourself. That's progress! Great work! :O)

I like your fast idea for a month only eat at 3pm. The other day I went until 1:30pm, just to prove to myself that I can control my hunger and it's not emergency, I will not starve. I should try that a few times a week or something. Just to try something different. You are doing great.
