      <description>lets see, what's new with me.  I looked up online what is most likely wrong w my arm/shoulder - since it has not been getting much better.  One MD site characterized  sprains as 1 2 or 3 depending upon how severe, and by the examples given I don't even make the lowest, a 1. So no need for me to go to a doctor right now.  I think I somehow pulled (tore?) the tendons at the top of my bicep, either favoring my previously injured deltoid (now healed) or possibly unrelated, just maybe doing garden work.
At least yesterday I had the bright idea to wrap snugly it with an ace bandage, and that seems to really be helping.  Keeping it where it feels great on my arm is rather messing the lymph under my armpit, but I'm a lot less likely to whump the injured part.</description>
