      <title>PEERtrainer Log for debweston : Sunday, June 16, 2013</title>
      <description>I haven't posted in over a month. I have been testing myself to see if I can live mye life w/o posting every day. I had a rough winter with being cold when I wasn't working.  I just wanted to curl up under the blankets. It was hard to eat the way I like because all I wanted was hot food. My weight "ballooned" up to the mid 120's. It was hard to not panic I was still around my goal weight of 125 but in my mind I was FAT!  I struggled with starch cravings. I didn't take into consideration all the physical activity. I just  needed more food I was thinking in weight loss rather than maintenance. I'm all past that now and with the warmer weather came a return to the teens.  I feel much more streamlined at a lower weight.   Any slight weight gain goes right to my middle. If I wasn't wearing low cut pants I might have 
had to go up a size. Who would've thought 5or 6 pounds would make
that much of a difference!  With summer comes a decrease in my appetite. Oh shucks!  What a curse!  HAHAHA!  It seems that I still am not used to being thin.  You would have thought by now that I would be used to my stomach sticking out after eating.  Having all those rolls of fat sure covered everything up.  But....I can't ever imagine myself being heavy.  When I look @ my license I am shocked and that was only 30+ pounds heavier. I was another 55 pounds heavier than that.  Life is so different now!</description>
