weighed myself this weekend: 155.0
weighed myself this morning: 155.2
kinda bloaty and pissy the past two days. the other day I thought about adding cocoa or buying instant coffee to add to breakfast shakes. funny. I ordered some xylitol to add with organic cocoa powder for the shakes. usually I insanely crave chocolate right about now. yeah, I want it, but I'm too lazy to walk down to the store, in the snow, to buy it. meh. I'd rather do the chocolate shakes once my xylitol (along with supplements: Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, Liver Cleanse/Support) arrives. so excited!! breakfast shake geek. I've never done healthy "chocolate" breakfast shakes before... Mmmm, chocolate.
My definitions:
Shakes contain protein powder (preferably pea/rice)
Smoothies do not contain protein powder and have excess fruit (over 100g)
28 Day Cleanse
day three
I really wish I could have remained faithful during initial PT New Years Cleanse Challenge... but life happens. (and those prizes! ugh, those could have been mine! darn!) So, I'm treating myself to a 4 week cleanse! Twice as long and twice as bad ass! Best gift of health I can give myself right now.

I'm working my way toward a breakfast within an hour of waking up... and water when I first wake up and water 30 minutes before meals... It will happen... eventually...
Bok choy / Chinese cabbage chicken salad - inspired by, and loosely based off PT "Asian Fusion Chicken Salad" (I only had two main ingredients, and nothing for the dressing, so I made a mustard vinegar dressing instead. BOOM!)

steamed peas, carrots, mushrooms. diced red bell pepper. roasted chicken leg. leftover mustard dressing from lunch with red chile flakes. POW!
1 organic apple (carb serving)
the carrots could work as carb but it wasn't enough, too small portion size. I love my apples. need to buy more? or switch to starchy vegetables with less sugar... bah! I already know the answer to that.
no water today, but modest amounts of teas. forgot to take supplements. forgot to schedule workout! d'oh!
I need to look at Egoscue again... my joints! I'm creaking! I swear I just ran a half marathon the other week... but you wouldn't know it if you saw me walking up the stairs a moment ago. (sighs)
On a GOOD NOTE:
my face is looking fanfreakin'tastic!!! !! I swear this cleanse is making my face look sexSAY! hahaha. I can actually SEE IT in the mirror.... I cannot pinpoint what it is about this elimination diet, but my face radiates. And I have less puffiness, more lovely curves and angles. on. my. face! it's pretty wild. Mama like!
now only if my thighs could shrink!!! ahhh..
