I will eat healthy. I am focusing on realistic portions and choosing not to consume, multiple deserts and/or excessive snacking/grazing.
In my heart of hearts I know I can do this.

a salad from TJ w/ some egg whites also from TJ I made my own dressing . . . I think the only thing that might not be cleanse worthy is the mayo in the egg whites but overall it was an on target lunch for a very busy woman
