Goal
1) To burn 30lbs of body fat while maintaining or slightly increasing muscle mass.
2) To be able to ban ALL starch consumption after 5pm. (Mon-Fry)
3) To eat only at meal times. (Sun-Sat)
4) To allow myself to cheat on the weekends without bingeing! and then having to start from square 1 on Mondays. (Sun & Sat)


my notes
Currently taking:
--Phytomega, Provex CV extra strength, CellWise, Replenex (extra strength), Florify (All by Melaleuca products), and
--Activit (by Beach Body.com)
Also,
--Added bee pollen to green shake in the morning.

Morning (20min)
Evening (10min)


breakfast
Green Shake


lunch
Green salad w/olive oil, salt, pepper


snacks
None


dinner
Green Salad w/olive oil, salt, pepper, Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar.
Stir fried (in grape seed oil) red cabbage and yellow bell pepper.
