1 banana, two TBSP of sunflower seed spread


dinner
green salad: bell paper, cucumber, lettuce, walnuts (1oz.), dried cranberries (one oz.), Brianna's salad dressing (two TBSP), olive oil (one TBSP), wasaby paste (1/2 TSP)
