Goal to get my weight to 135lb - exercise a minimum of 5 days a week
Elliptical Intervals & weight training
I am challenging myself to loose 18lbs in 26 weeks. This would calculate to .5 lbs per week. I think I can do better than that on a weekly basis.
30 min Elliptical - 20 min ab workout
Smoothie - coconut milk - berries - flax seed - coffee
no time for lunch - 1/2 cup cashews
