Agave

Organic baby carrots
Organic Hummus
Low sodium sliced turkey breast


snacks
Tangelo
Raw almonds


dinner
Protein shake -
Chocolate Powder
baby coconut meat and water
almond butter

Tip of the day -

If you skip breakfast your digestive system will put you in "starvation mode" by lunch and it will store a percentage of that food content as body fat. Do not skip breakfast. Most important meal of the day.
