Goal
To be fit and healthy by eating right, exercising regularly, and resisting (most of) the yummy temptations that come my way. At this point, that means i need to lose about 15 pounds, but I refuse to do that by being on a 'diet' - I don't want a temporary fix, but new habits that stick with me.

workout


breakfast
german chocolate mim
coffee with cream


lunch
IHOP - probably an omelette
Ended up getting a chicken fajita salad, salsa for dressing, and coffe with cream


snacks mobile
A small handful of almonds
2 squares of dark chocolate


dinner
ribs and brisket, sauteed asparagus
small serving of carb smart ice cream w/ walnuts and dark chocolate
