Goal
1. Eat at meals until I am 3/4 full
2. Eat mostly plants (including reasonable amounts of whole grains, red wine, & dark chocolate!)
3. Only eat half of any meal that is "dinner" (go to bed empty)
4. Fully enjoy three bites of anything that is a treat
5. Lift weights


Abbreviations: WW-whole wheat HM-homemade LO-left over dd-dear daughter (dh-dear husband, and so on)

Hi Guys. Yes, the call went well. It is for a PA Gov't position, but under some kind of temporary year-to-year thing, with a lot less benefits. Anyway, I got on this civil service list about a year ago, with a score of 100%. Naturally, my luck, they opened up *that* examination to non-residents, so there were 14 people who scored the "same". Interesting that during the phone interview, the hiring manager/supervisor mentioned that they had hired 6 people under that exam back last June, and now they just need one more (guessing somebody left). He said they were doing 6 or 7 phone interviews. So it is not like it is a sure thing, by any means. I can only wait & see.
