Goal
Determined to lose over 250 lbs. and be able to have a healthy body for the glory of God. To be more active. To get off of my blood pressure meds. for good.

3 eggs over medium cooked in olive oil
smoothie made with: spinach and aragula leaves, red grapes, apple and banana
3 slices low calorie whole wheat breads


lunch
chimichanga
rice
beans
1 tortilla
unsweet/sweet tea


snacks


dinner
Muesli cereal with almond milk
1 fresh grapefruit
water
