Right now... somewhere... someone is doing what it takes to get what they want... and what YOU want.
Are YOU willing to do what it takes to get what YOU want?!?!
GOAL: reach and maintain my ideal weight
Starting weight: 142.4
Not sure what my ideal weight really is. I've gained a lot of muscle in the past year which is great, but still have a lot of fat.
I think my ideal weight is somewhere around 120 to 130.

Guess I better log something so I don't get booted off!
Still not quite myself but there are glimmers of hope :-)
Spent a lot of time this weekend shopping for and actually preparing veggies for this week. Bought some new things to make a salad from so I hope that turns out like I want it to.
Tried to run on Saturday, but it was rough. Ended up just doing 1 lap on the TM running, followed by 1 lap walking for a total of 2 miles. My knee felt weird too but the bigger issue is just my level of fitness has dropped so much. I suppose my diet has something to do with it too... just not eating the best all the time. I do ok but still eat too much in general and still too much of certain things that should be more of an occaisional treat.
I did set my bike up on the trainer in front of the tv again and I am hoping to get on there at least on Monday's during the BL and maybe 1 other time during the week. Also trying to keep positive about the whole fitness thing and tell myself it's better to even just walk than do nothing at all.
