Feb 25: 147.2 (down 4.4 after detox)

Mar 15: 148.0 (Hips 39, Belly 32.5) (my coach had to talk me down from the ledge here, but I am staying the course and trusting the process! Inches are more important than pounds)

Day 14 of insanity done. Love rest day :-)

I was thinking I was going to be able to fit in a run today, but I have been so busy u ran out of time. Just as well, because I could definitely feel yesterday's workout. I think that means I was working harder and I know I really was trying to jump higher and more than the last time. Tomorrow is the fit test so that will be interesting to see if I've improved much in 2 weeks.

Also walked Otis 3x yesterday and today so that's good too.

Tomorrow I leave for the week to be with my Diva friends, scrapbook, talk, watch movies, drink and just have fun. I love this time with them every year. I'm bringing veggies and some other healthy snacks, and I will be making a stir fry for one of our meals. Really looking forward to this!
I have my workout clothes and insanity DVDs all packed and my laptop so I will be able to get in the workouts. It'll be a lot different than past years where I would not do much exercise and just a lot of sitting. Hopefully the weather will be nice enough that we can go for some walks too.
And hopefully I will get an Internet connection while there!
