Mar 15: 148.0 (Hips 39, Belly 32.5) (my coach had to talk me down from the ledge here, but I am staying the course and trusting the process! Inches are more important than pounds)

Well you know what they say... slow and steady wins the race.
Down 7.4 pounds in 7 weeks.
Way slower than I would like and what I thought it would be, but this would have thrilled me at one time. Still pleased, just not as pleased as I thought I would be at this point :-)
But... Insanity arrived on my doorstep last night and I decided to just stick with the exact dates that are on the wall calendar they include for you which means I start monday.
I'm excited and scared.
Not scared about the workouts, but the thought that I will have to get up by 4am to get this done every work day... now that is the scary part!
Rest day will fall on Sunday which I suppose is ok because I need that day for preparing foods for the upcomming week anyway.
