Knew I was going out for a pizza dinner with my girlfriends tonight so that's why I ate so sparingly throughout the day. I hated breaking my low-carb streak but what can you do, it's the holidays. Fell into a coma as soon as I got home though, this always happens: when I give up bread for a few days the second I reintroduce it I feel like I've been hit by a bus. I fell asleep around 9:00 and slept right through until morning with all my lights on and still in my work clothes. Gotta be the bread, ugh.
8:00 am - Greens+.
9:30 am - Oikos Greek yogurt, a mandarin orange, and 20 oz of water. 220 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.
1:30 pm - Vega One protein shake. 150 calories and 4 grams of fat.
4:30 pm - Light Babybel cheese and a mandarin orange with 20 oz of water. 120 calories and 3 grams of fat.
8:00 pm - Peperoni thin crust pizza with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and tomatoes, with 20 oz of water. 800 calories and 40 grams of fat.
