I was doing great until the evening chocolate binge - only got about 3 hours of sleep last night and had a crazy exhausting day at work, hence the insane carb and sugar cravings as soon as I got home. Need to get more sleep to avoid the uncontrollable hunger! At least I made it through the day relatively unscathed calorie-wise.
6:00 am - Jillian Michaels Kickbox Fast Fix: Workout 2. 25 minutes.
6:30 am - Greens+.
8:30 am - Light Babybel cheese and 20 oz of water. 50 calories and 3 grams of fat.
9:30 am - Oikos Greek yogurt and a mandarin orange. 180 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.
1:00 pm - Subway ham salad with veggies, shredded cheese, and Italian dressing with 20 oz of water. 220 calories and 7.5 grams of fat.
4:30 pm - Larabar, mixed berries, and a cup of green tea. 300 calories and 12 grams of fat.
9:30 pm - Hershey's Kisses... ugh. 800 calories and 48 grams of fat total.
8:00 pm - Spaghetti with ground beef, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and green peppers, with 20 oz of water. 600 calories and 20 grams of fat.
