6:30 am - Biggest Loser 2: Men's Scuplpt & Men's Cardio. 25 minutes.


breakfast
7:30 am - Greens+.

9:00 am - Mozzarella cheese slices and 20 oz of water.


lunch
3:00 pm - Subway 6-inch ham sub on whole wheat bread with cheese, veggies, mayo, and honey mustard, with 20 oz of water.


snacks
10:30 am - Larabar.

4:00 pm - Cup of green tea.
