7:45 am - Greens+.

9:30 am - Oikos Greek yogurt, a kiwi, and 20 oz of water. 180 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.


lunch
1:30 pm - Salad with mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, 1/2 an avocado, a Babybel cheese, light Italian dressing, and 20 oz of water. 320 calories and 20 grams of fat.
