Had a good day but didn't get a lot of sleep - finally visited dreamyville just before 3:00. Still managed to wake up and get a workout in, but that's because it's Monday - if it were any other day of the week I would have hit the snooze button as many times as possible.
Trying to figure out a better way to get back into long-term healthy habits. Really struggling with the all-or-nothing 'it must be perfect!' way of thinking, which for me keeps leading to spectacular failure. Might stop counting calories for a while and just straight-up log, see if that helps anything.
6:30 am - Personal Training with Jackie: Lower & Upper Body Circuits. 30 minutes.
9:30 pm - Treadmill incline walk / jog. 45 minutes.
7:00 am - Greens+.
9:00 am - Oikos Greek yogurt, blackberries and blueberries and 20 oz of water. 180 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.
12:30 pm - Salad with mixed greens, 1/2 an avocado, a Babybel cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms, and olive oil, with 20 oz of water. 480 calories and 35 grams of fat.
4:00 pm - Cup of green tea.
5:30 pm - Black coffee and a Larabar.
8:30 pm - Turkey meatballs with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and green pepper, feta cheese, and 20 oz of water.
