Need to rethink what I am doing and get refocused ... I am letting stress control what it has no business controlling... I think the challenge has proven counterproductive for me ... I like the feedback, I think logging is good, but I think somehow "challenge" has changed my focus in a negative way ... I know I am sooooo not competative, and I was doing much better before I joined the challenge ... so thinking I'll not focus on challenge & get back to just thinking healthy ... active, and productive ...
