Goal
starting 7/7/13 challenge

Loose 10 lbs in 3 mo

core rules :
exercise at least 20 min
drink 6 glasses of water
Test blood sugars daily


my notes
my weight is driving me crazy ... but I did something good for my health ... I made appt. with my Dermatologist to get my face looked at. Canceled last years appt, but been thinking for some time I have some spots that need looked at that are suspicious .


workout
zumba 45 min


breakfast
juiced


lunch
little bit of left over beef & cheese
juiced


snacks
15 pecans at 2pm
10 almonds 5pm


dinner
subway ... turkey w lots of veggies, 12 inch
water w mint
