30 days! Kicked my expensive Starbucks habit to the curb! And coffee in general for that matter. Next up would be cheese, but not chocolate! :-D

Getting back to myfitnesspal. Need to get OCD about this weight loss thing. Calorie counting and all that. That number on the scale does not define me, just using it as a gauge to measure progress and success.
