Weight goal for 2013 - pounds in the 130's
My body likes the Paleo lifestyle. I will try to follow it as much as possible, except for chocolate and the occasional rice.
Eating a bunch of food, even the good-for-me kinds, is still eating a lot of food.
- Get ready for bed as soon as possible to prevent zombie eating.
- Do not buy foods in grocery stores that you don't want in your body. It's all about prevention!
7:45am: vegan, gluten-free morning peanut butter bar (peanut butter, rolled oats, maple syrup, organic brown rice syrup, raisins, organic sunflower seeds, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, salt), black coffee
- I hope this doesn't make me crash later today!
10:45am: couple handfuls roasted, lightly salted cashews
1-2pm: another handful cashews, 1 banana, 1 string cheese
4pm: small plate: baked salmon, italian broccoli
6:30pm: a little more cashews
8:15pm: baked salmon (mostly a lot of skin), 3 spoons white rice
9:30pm: couple spoons sunbutter, 1.5 pieces dark chocolate
