Weight goal for 2013 - pounds in the 130's
My body likes the Paleo lifestyle. I will try to follow it as much as possible, except for chocolate and the occasional rice.
Tips:
- Get ready for bed as soon as possible to prevent zombie eating.
- Do not buy foods in grocery stores that you don't want in your body. It's all about prevention!
Here are lovely reasons for why I would like to be healthy and comfortable in my body:
1. My best friend from childhood is getting married! And I am the Maid of Honor. June 29th
2. Peace Corps! July 10th
21-Day Sugar Detox: Day 5
7:30am: slow <10-minute jog to park, sat under the sun, slow <10-minute jog back home
- I was trying to be easy on my knees. It was pretty tough.
9:45am: 1 can tuna, 2 grape tomatoes, 1/8 small avocado, micro greens, 1 spoon oo, lime
12pm: iced black coffee
2:30pm: rotisserie chicken, salad: baby lettuce, micro greens, pickled cauliflower/carrot/olives/jalapeno slices, marinated mushrooms
5:45pm: 2 slices turkey, micro greens, 1/8 small avocado, 3 shitake mushrooms, 7 baby carrots, 1/3 green apple
6:45pm: <1/4 cup coconut milk, <1 tbsp. chia seeds, unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 green apple + couple spoons sunbutter
9:30pm: Buddy's barbecue: 1 chicken sausage w. mustard, sauerkraut, couple- asparagus/mushrooms/zucchini, soda water
12am: rotisserie chicken w. sriracha, couple spoons sunbutter
- I got home hungry.
