Weight goal for 2013 - pounds in the 130's
My body likes the Paleo lifestyle. I will try to follow it as much as possible, except for chocolate and the occasional rice.
Tips:
- Get ready for bed as soon as possible to prevent zombie eating.
- Do not buy foods in grocery stores that you don't want in your body. It's all about prevention!
Here are lovely reasons for why I would like to be healthy and comfortable in my body:
1. My best friend from childhood is getting married! And I am the Maid of Honor. June 29th
2. Peace Corps! July 10th
We celebrated my workmate's birthday today and I ate A LOT of cake throughout the day. I was really sad and stressed out about certain medical issues. The cake definitely did not make me feel any better at all. Of course, I felt much worse afterward.
Luckily, my roommate suggested a gym visit at night and the 45 minutes of cardio made me feel better.
