Goal
DAILY GOALS
1. 6 water bottles a day
2. I will burn a minimum of 800 calories a day.
3. When I get back down to 140(ish) I can buy a new workout wardrobe.

Success seems to be largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go.


2010 GOALS
1. Run a marathon [5/30/10]
2. 30 consecutive push-ups
3. Win a 5k race for the women [4/10/10]
4. Body weight between 16-18% [12.9% on 4/27/10]

2011 Goals
1. Weight back at 140
2. Sub 20:00 5k

2012 GOALS
1. Run a WHOLE marathon
2. Sub 19:00 5k
