Goal
115 is my ideal weight, but more importantly I want to get control of my eating. I'm now 120 and look a little chubby for my small size and frame.

Long.term goal: Develop a healthy relationship w. food--one where I don't base my day around my meals and succumb to binges.

Short.term goal: Return to a healthy lifestyle after a summer of less than stellar health choices...

my notes
Up early and entered my lit exam grades into the computer. I feel back on track and in control with work after a week of "just getting by". I'm so happy to be feeling better and to not have missed any work. Now time to plan for this week's private lessons and do my badly neglected Dutch homework for my own private lesson! (I see my Dutch teacher at kickboxing class on Saturdays, and I lied to her about my homework. I said I was halfway and now I'm feeling guilted into actually doing it…)

Food thoughts:
Too much bread today, but I am grateful for two things: (1) I did not snack even though I was in front of a computer doing work for most of the day; (2) I am happy with last night's cookie. I wanted it all day, and it was fresh from the bakery and hit the spot.
