1/2 hour shovelling snow... chore, not deliberate, so won't count toward MFHFKSMA challenge
1/4 cup steel cut oats with a chopped apple and 24 almonds
1 cup orange juice
2 cups garden salad with homemade asian dressing
a handful of trailmix (1/8 cup)
2 cups kale and red lentil soup... so delicious!
and 1/2 of a whole wheat and roasted onion bun
