Goal
My 2012 goals are to run my 2nd marathon, and to lose the last 10 lbs.


my notes
30 for 40 points


workout
9km run in the freezing cold (-19 degrees celcius)


breakfast
1/4 cup steel cut oats with 24 almonds, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut, and 1 teaspoon honey

1 cup orange juice


lunch
2 cups egg noodle and tofu stirfry


snacks
granola bar
apple
cinnamon cake (at tutoring... didn't have the energy to fight it today!)


dinner
6" veggie sub on whole wheat (Subway)
