420 Shake
-- with 1 cup frozen spinach, 1 cup frozen kale, 1/2 cup strawberries. (minus blueberries and chia today)
this shake comes in at exactly 420 calories... I'm renaming my shakes now.
I can definitely up the greens here... will try 2.5 cups tomorrow.

sautéed: 2 cups kale, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup spinach, 1/4 cup red onions, 1 sliced mushroom, 1 teaspoon chorizo, garlic, red chile flakes. 1/2 cup black beans. (415 calories of bamftastic awesomeness!)

32 oz cold water

and then a big blockbuster American movie! :) :)
UPDATE (following morning)
kept my calories for the meal at 600 (or less, I had small bowl and calorie counts on MFP for large) - a bowl of traditional Vietnamese Pho (beef with rice noodles (gluten free)) and a Vietnamese iced coffee (condensed milk, oops!) -- not perfection, but reasonable for me on the infrequent and occasional night out. and I maintained the same weight from previous morning the next morning on the scale. I'm feeling good with my choices. progress.
