oh noes! I can't sleep and Dr. Joel Fuhrman is on PBS right now (almost midnight)... and then JJ Virgin will be on... I am sucked in... they got me... hide the credit card... I'm weak...

My Usual Shake:
  • 1 cup So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop (4 Tablespoons) Pea/Rice protein powder
  • 3 Tablespoons fiber supplement
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
  • Spice Blend Of The Day
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes
My Usual Shake Nutritional Data:
  • calories: 406
  • carbs: 49
  • fat: 12
  • protein: 30
  • fiber: 25
  • sugar: 12*
Fat: 25%
Protein: 29%
Carbohydrates: 46%

*7 grams of sugar come from the 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

numbers are in this general ball park... per MFP and particular items/brands I have on hand...


Cacao Vroom! Spice Blend For My Usual Shake:
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon frozen ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon maca root powder
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons organic cacao
  • xylitol & stevia (1:1)
considering cutting down the maca to 1/2 teaspoon next month...

searched for this recipe... turns up on my Feb. 8th log of this year... I am nine pounds heavier today than I was back then. ouch.

1 organic apple with 2 teaspoons organic almond butter

2 green tea decaf

organic almond butter and raspberry fruit spread, gluten free bread sandwich
1 organic apple and 2 tsp organic almond butter - 1 cheat for excess @200 calories

I have a serious stomach ache now, in a fetal position on the couch. ugh.

10:00pm
kombucha

can't sleep, my stomach hurts. dehydrated, didn't drink enough water today.
