I didn't get around to making GF tortillas yesterday. I'm finally doing it for lunch today. I'm using coconut oil in place of the vegetable oil/lard. Maybe next weekend I'll make GF naan to go with some vegetable curries and do some GF samosas. Who says you need a clay tandoori oven?! Pfffttt....
