Taco Bell - eating out is a major problem for me.......
pintos and chz 180 cal, taco 170 cal, chk ques 480 cal. = 800 cal
100 grams of Can of Soda, 152 Calories. = 952 cal total


snacks
can of pears (in heavy juice) blah - guess I need to wash the pears off the juice. 350 cal.

9pm 2 inv. serv of applesauce 100 cal ea = 200 more


dinner
Dominos oven baked philly sandwich 690 cal ate half - 345 cal
bbq wings 4 wings - 250 cal = 595 cal =====
=========day total ===1745 without any sodas/drinks added OR sugar to 2 cups coffee in am.... have to do better with calorie counting tomorrow!
240 grams of Sweet Tea, 90 Calories. = 685 +350 and 952 = 1987 (found the calorie wiki :)) add 1987 +200 = 2187 WOW
